Current conditions and the 7-day outlook come from Open-Meteo, which blends ECMWF and national weather-service models. Figures are read live each time the board loads; nothing on this page is cached, estimated or simulated.

River discharge comes from GloFAS, the Copernicus Global Flood Awareness System. Each riverine hub is matched to a point on its river reach, and the forecast peak is compared against high and very-high thresholds computed for that reach from ten years of history (2015–2025).

Seasonal calendars and planting windows are compiled from FAO GIEWS, FAO SWALIM and FSNAU publications, and describe the typical year for each farming zone.

This board is general information for farmers and partners. Planting and harvesting decisions should also weigh local field conditions and extension advice. Any chemical, pesticide or veterinary guidance requires review by a qualified local agronomist before it is acted on.
