We are now expanding the M-Tacab ecosystem by establishing partnerships with reliable agricultural input and service providers. Through this pre-qualification we are seeking companies that can supply quality seeds, fertilizers, farm machinery, irrigation solutions, solar-powered equipment, livestock inputs, veterinary products, fisheries supplies, technical services and other agriculture-related goods and services.

Pre-qualification instructions
- Innovii Digital Services (the organisation) invites applicants who meet the criteria below to register for pre-qualification.
- The objective is to supply and deliver assorted items and services under future tenders and quotations to Innovii Digital Services, on an as-needed basis, during 2026–2029.
- Applicants must be suppliers of goods or services duly registered under the laws of Somalia, and must supply the mandatory information requested in the form.
- Applicants must have successfully supplied or delivered similar items or services to NGOs, corporations, institutions or government entities of comparable size, and must demonstrate the willingness and commitment to meet the pre-qualification criteria.
- The invitation is open to applicants able to demonstrate proven technical, financial and managerial capacity to supply the listed goods and services.
- Successful applicants are registered on the Innovii Digital Services supplier list for 2026–2029. The organisation deals only with registered firms.
- Innovii Digital Services reserves the right to request additional information from applicants or any other credible source, and to visit and inspect an applicant's business premises to verify the information given.
- Information received from companies is treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely by the organisation.
- Pre-qualified suppliers must promptly advise the organisation of any significant change in their financial or technical capacity, ownership or holdings.
- Failure to submit any of the mandatory requirements leads to automatic disqualification.
